You can easily place a new order at any time through your Cat Chef account.
💡 Cat Chef does not operate on a subscription basis. You simply place an order whenever you need more products.
How to place an order
Click on "Shop Products" on the homepage to browse our range of products.
Select the product you would like to order and choose the desired quantity.
Click "Add to Cart".
Would you like to add more products? Simply continue shopping and add them to your cart.
Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen to review your order. You can still modify the contents of your cart if needed.
Do you have a promo code? You can enter it during checkout.
Shipping is free on orders of €49.99 or more.
Click "Proceed to Checkout".
Review or update your delivery address.
Select your preferred delivery date.
Click "Continue to Payment" to complete your order.
Complete your payment to confirm your order.
Your order will then be prepared and delivered on your selected delivery date. 🐾
