At Cat Chef, we make ordering products for your cat as simple as possible.
How to place an order
Go to the "Our Products" section on our website.
Choose the product you would like to order, such as our fresh meals, kibble, snacks, or a Discovery Pack.
Select the desired quantity.
Our fresh meals are sold in packs of 10 sausages.
Click "Add to Cart".
Would you like to add more products? Simply return to the "Our Products" section and add them to your cart.
Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen to review your order. You can still modify the contents of your cart if needed.
Do you have a promo code? You can enter it during checkout.
Shipping is free on orders of €49.99 or more.
Click "Proceed to Checkout" to confirm your order.
Enter your email address. If this is your first order, you can choose to create a Cat Chef account.
Enter your delivery address and select your preferred delivery date.
Enter your phone number and click "Continue to Payment".
Complete your payment to confirm your order.
