At Dog Chef, all meals are freshly prepared and delivered chilled ❄️ to ensure the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food safety. For these same reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food products once they have been delivered.
🎁 Can no longer feed the meals to your own pet?
Fortunately, there are still several ways to make another dog happy 🐕
• 👨👩👧👦 Give the meals to a friend, family member, or neighbour with a dog so they can discover Dog Chef too.
• ❤️ Donate the meals to a local animal shelter or rescue organisation. This helps other dogs while also reducing food waste 🌍
✨ That way, our fresh meals can still be enjoyed and may bring joy to another four-legged friend.
