CauseVox primarily uses Stripe to process donations because of it's ease of use for both admins and donors. However, we do offer PayPal as an option for users that can't access Stripe.

To set up your donation processing, follow the steps below:
Step 1: In your Settings, click on “Donation Form” along the left menu bar and view the Payment Processor section at the top of the page.
Step 2: If you've connected a Stripe account previously, you'll be able to select it, confirm, and save the page.
If you haven't connected a Stripe account previously, you can select "Connect A New Stripe Account" and you'll be directed to a one-page form where you can fill out your bank details to set up a Stripe account or sign into your existing Stripe account.
If you're setting up a Stripe account, once you've filled out the form, you can select“Authorize access to this account” at the bottom of the page to complete setup.
The good news is that Stripe has discounted fees for nonprofits, which you can access by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3: If you'd like to have recurring donations available on the donation form, you can toggle them on under "Enable Recurring Donations"
Step 4: Once you're all set, select "Save" in the upper right corner of your page and your Stripe account will be connected.
Click on the link highlighted to select PayPal. If you have already set up your PayPal account (If not, click here to find out how), enter in the email associated to that account and select the currency you wish to collect at the bottom of the page.
Be sure to click Save on the upper right corner of the page.
