For your account to be completely secure, you need to do your KYC verification 🔒

To do that, you can click on the 🔗 KYC section or, in the top right corner, click on the image of your avatar:

And then, in the menu, click on "Verification":

It is best to have all your other information already filled in and verified in order to do the KYC, like this:

If you have not yet filled in your personal information, you will need to do so:

Click on "Verify" to start your KYC verification, this message will appear, click on "Verify KYC" to continue:

You must now choose between these options to verify your account:

Once you have selected your document type, follow the instructions and click "Next" to continue the process:

The page will automatically ask you to authorise your camera to take good photos of your ID, if you decline, you can try again or upload manually from your gallery:

After uploading your documents, you will need to take a live selfie, click on "I'm ready" under the image and your camera will open:

When you are done with the selfie, please check if all the documents are correct, then click "Next":

Once you have completed all these steps, the system will check all the data sent and automatically update the status:

Now your account is fully secure and you can request withdrawals any time! 😁💸✨

NOTE: If your KYC verification is "Processing" or "Failed" after 2 hours, please contact the support. 💁🏻
