I have saved my personal data with error. How can I edit it?

Typing mistakes do happen, and we're here to help!

Typing errors can occur. Often, the automatic dictionary corrects the word we typed for another word and we don't even realise it.

If you have made a small error in your name, or your date of birth, or your email address, and it is preventing you from completing the four steps of verifying your account, please prepare the information below:

1> Your full name, date of birth, your username and email registered on the account

2> The correct information, as it should look, as it appears on your official document

3> Photo of the front AND back of your ID, Driver's License or Passport, respecting the following conditions:

  • The document must be original (xerox or digital document print are not accepted);

  • The document must be intact (not torn, stained, dented);

  • The document must be outside the protective plastic to prevent glare from obscuring any information;

  • Look at the photo before sending: if you can see everything clearly, then the photo is good for sending.

4> Photo of yourself holding your document legible close to your face, as below:

For this photo, look for a well-lit place and prioritize your face and document (bust, torso, ceiling, wall, etc are irrelevant).

5> Send this information to our LiveChat to our agents

Our support team will receive your request and proceed with the information editing request.
