You were betting on one of our games in the "Casino" or "Live Casino" section but suddenly the game crashed.

You don't see the final result, don't know if you've won or lost, or worse, couldn't finish your turn and find that you've lost your bet.

First of all, always check your internet connection:

  • It needs to be stable, and secure;

  • Always opt for higher signal quality, such as 5G;

  • Better still if you can use a computer or notebook connected directly to the internet cable, to avoid Wi-Fi oscillations.

If you have done the connection tests and everything is fine, then it's time to check your device. On your mobile phone, computer or notebook:

  • Make sure both the browser app and your operating system are up to date;

  • Close any applications you're not using;

  • Close all unnecessary browser tabs;

  • Make sure you have free memory;

  • Make sure there are no malicious applications installed that may be trying to steal your data;

  • Run an antivirus scan.

If, after this second step, the error still persists, then it's time to do data wipe, following the steps below:

1- On your computer, open Chrome

2- At the top right, click on the three dots and then on "History"

3- Choose "Clear Browsing Data"

4- In "Time Range", choose "All Time", and make sure that the three boxes are ticked. Then, click in "Clear Data"

5- Last and most important: refresh your page so the browsing data cleaning will be concluded and your problem resolved

If after refreshing the page, the game keeps crashing, or showing the same error/bug, then it's time to try with another web browser (Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozila...)

If this doesn't work either, please try connecting from another device, different from the one you are using (mobile, tablet, computer, notebook).
