To deposit via our partner AstroPay, simply follow these instructions! 😁
Click on 🔗 Deposit by E-Wallet or by clicking on your profile -> deposit
Selecione "E-Wallet" e depois clique em "AstroPay":
Select or enter the amount you wish to deposit and then click on "Deposit":
(Remember that the minimum deposit is CAD 10!)
You will be redirected to the AstroPay page, where you can choose the best deposit method for you, including Mercado Pago, Credit or Debit:
Once you've chosen the method, AstroPay will start to locate your AstroPay account, or create one if you don't already have one, using your number and mobile phone:
If it's the case of creating a new account, an authentication code will arrive on the number you entered in the previous step, just enter it:
Then fill in your Personal Information and click on "Continue":
After that, you'll start the verification process on AstroPay. Don't worry, it'll be the same steps as the KYC verification you did with us, no biggie 😉
If you're using a computer, AstroPay will provide you with a QR Code so that you can carry out the verification process more easily with a mobile phone:
With this step complete, you'll already have your AstroPay account ready to pay and also to receive withdrawals in the future.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you should be credited within minutes! 😊🍀
