  • RSF - The rentable square footage is not currently calculated by our team. Rather, it is a manual input based on the measurements provided to our team during the onboarding process. If the number needs to be adjusted, please let us know by reaching out to the team at planssupport@cbre.com.

  • Max Occupancy - The maximum occupancy is based on the RSF, and is calculated to allow for 100 square feet per person. Like the RSF, our team can adjust this number as needed.
