If you have not used CBRE Plans before, you may not have an account created and therefore will not be able to gain access to the application. If you would like access to an existing building or project within the application, reach out to the team at planssupport@cbre.com.

CBRE Plans is a proprietary technology for our employees and clients only. If you have a project, building or floorplan you would like to onboard into the application and you are not a CBRE employee, you will need to reach out to your CBRE representative to do this for you.

If you are a CBRE employee, please reach out to the team at planssupport@cbre.com to be given a link to the Plans Request Form. This form will allow you to upload all the relevant information our team need to get started, including the CAD or PDF of the floor(s).

Alternatively, if you already have a log-in to the application, use the 'Request New Plan' displayed in the top right-hand corner of your Plans screen. This will direct you straight to the Request Form for you to onboard a new project.
