Does your company use divisions and departments? You can use them to classify documents in CCQ.

For those who use divisions and departments and want to use that structure for classification, we offer a dashboard that displays documents to users based on their division and/or department.


Of course, the user can also select other divisions and departments from a dropdown menu on the dashboard, but by default, documents are shown based on the user’s own division and department.

If a user has their division/department information registered in CCQ, and the documents have been classified accordingly, this dashboard can be a convenient tool for readers of published documents.
