Does your company use divisions and departments? You can use them to classify documents in CCQ.

For organisations that use divisions and departments as a classification structure, CCQ offers a dashboard that displays documents to users based on their division and/or department. Users can also select other divisions and departments from a dropdown menu on the dashboard, but by default documents are shown based on the user's own division and department.

If division and department information is registered for a user in CCQ, and documents have been classified accordingly, this dashboard can be a convenient tool for readers of published documents.
