Age Requirements: We pierce clients aged 10 years old and above. Parental consent is required for minors.

Arrival: Arrive 5β10 minutes early. Bring valid photo ID (and parental consent for under-18s).
Clean Ears: Please arrive with clean ears, free of makeup, creams, or oils.

Cleaning: Clean the piercing twice daily using saline solution or our recommended aftercare product.
Avoid Touching: Refrain from touching the piercing with unwashed hands.
No Twisting: Do not twist or turn the earring.
Keep Jewellery In: Leave the starter jewellery in for at least 6β8 weeks before changing it.
Avoid: Swimming, sleeping on the pierced side, and applying cosmetics near the area for the first few weeks.
