How do I cancel my booking? How do I reschedule a booking?

By booking an appointment, you have reserved our valuable time. As a business, this time is lost and may not be resold at the last minute. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Cancellation within 48 Hours - If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a 50% deduction from the card we have on file. This notice is necessary because it allows us to allocate the slot to other clients.

No Show - Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will also be subject to a 50% fee. No-show appointments cannot be filled and therefore impact the business and the therapist's valuable time.
