I accidentally entered the wrong email address. What now?

👉 If you still have access to the wrong email address:

  • Simply open the confirmation email you received there.

  • Below the QR code of your ticket, click the ‘Transfer’ button.

  • A transfer link is being generated. Paste the link in your browser and log in using the correct email address. The ticket will disappear from the old account and safely appear in the new one.

👉 If you do not have access to the wrong email address:

  • No stress! Just use the little chat window in the bottom-right corner of the page to get in touch with us.

  • Our team will help you fix the issue as quickly as possible.
