You are using Classic Edition of SmartClient for NetSuite if it is installed on your desktop using an .exe file (typically Celigo Excel SmartClient) and is available in your Excel ribbon bar as seen below.  This version only works on a PC.

You are using Personal Edition of CloudExtend Excel Data Management for NetSuite if it is installed in your Excel sheet from the Office Add-ins store by clicking on Insert-> Office Add-ins from your Excel ribbon bar. This version works on Mac and PC and does not require an exe file to load.

Once you insert, CloudExtend Excel Data Management for NetSuite Personal Edition is loaded in a task pane in your Excel sheet as seen below.
