💡 NOTE: The following is applicable only to Windows PC users.
Step 1: Copy the ENTIRE following command into your notebook or blank Microsoft word doc:
icacls C:\Users\username\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L
Step 2: Go to your C drive by clicking the Windows Start menu and typing "Windows Explorer." Windows Explorer opens. On the left side of the window is an icon named Local Disk (C). Double-click that icon to view the contents on your C drive.
Step 3: Double click the Users folder and find the folder with your name on it.
Step 4: Copy exactly how your name is displayed and paste it into the command in step one where it says username. So it should now be displayed similar to the following:
icacls C:\Users\JustineBurdo\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L
Step 5: Click the Windows Start menu and type CMD. Click on Command Prompt. Paste the entire command from step 4 there.
Step 6: Once the command is done running, go back to Excel, open a fresh worksheet and try to login to CloudExtend.
