Supported Google Workspace Editions
ExtendSync for Google NetSuite supports the following Google Workspace editions:
Business Starter
Business Standard
Business Plus
Enterprise editions
These editions provide the required Gmail, Calendar, and API access needed for ExtendSync to function properly.
❌ Unsupported Editions
ExtendSync for Google is not supported on:
Consumer Gmail accounts (for example,
@gmail.com)Legacy G Suite free or deprecated editions
Users must be on a supported Google Workspace subscription.
Best Practices
Ensure all users are on a supported Workspace edition before setup
Google Workspace licensing is managed separately from ExtendSync licensing
Workspace edition changes do not require ExtendSync reinstallation unless domains change
