Enable Categories: If enabled after an email attach, CloudExtend will add a category to the email indicating that the email is attached to NetSuite using CloudExtend. Learn more here
In order to optimize memory and performance, CloudExtend can put unfocused task panes to sleep. Learn more here
Ignore Logged in user: When this is enabled CloudExtend user will ignore logged-in NetSuite user's email while fetching contextual records. This setting is enabled by default.
Developer Settings: These settings are meant for developers to help troubleshoot issues in the app. Enable these settings only if you are asked by a CloudExtend support team member or a developer. Enabling these settings may change the app's behavior and interface.
