Enhancements:
Added support for Campaign Response record type with data upload support. The following issues remain.
- Due to a NetSuite issue Picklists search is currently not supported for uploads (resolve this by using the internalID of the Picklist value)
- NetSuite doesn't support searching for this record via Web Services
