There are 3 ways to add files to OneDrive for Business and associate them with NetSuite records. You will always start by navigating to the record type you want to associate the files with and navigating to the OneDrive tab.

Drag’n Drop

Simply drag a file from your desktop to the target area on the OneDrive tab. This will invoke the OneDrive for Business window. Choose the desired location for the file. When done, the file will now be associated with the NetSuite record.

Browse

Click anywhere in the target area to to open your desktop file manager. Locate the file to attach and select open to invoke the OneDrive for Business window. Choose the desired OneDrive location for the file. When done, the file will now be associated with the NetSuite record.

Associate existing OneDrive files or folders

If you have files or folders that already exist in OneDrive you can associate them with NetSuite records by clicking on ‘Attach from OneDrive’ which will invoke the OneDrive for Business window. Select the desired file(s) or folder(s) and click open and the files/folders will now appear on your NetSuite record.
