Users that don't pin the CloudExtend App have the option of turning off the Welcome Screen. With the welcome screen turned off CloudExtend will initiate a search in NetSuite each time it is opened

Since this can result in extra calls to your NetSuite account you may want to consider turning the welcome screen off.

Step 1: Open CloudExtend.

Step 2: Click the Home icon.

Step 3: Uncheck Don't show the welcome screen.
