You can request a change to your schedule at any time, though the best time to make changes is in the term-to-term re-enrollment period.

If you are adjusting a single lesson, please speak to your teacher directly.

To request a permanent change to your lesson day, time, instrument, or teacher, please complete our Change Request form in your online account. To do that:

  • Log in to your online account. Your username is your email address (if you have received an invoice by email, you already have an account). If you have never logged in or have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” and a new password will be sent to you.

  • Select ‘My Activities’ on the left-hand side.

  • On the right side of your schedule, select “‘request a change”’

  • Scroll down to the text box, type the term for which you are making a change* along with the change you are requesting, and click “Submit My Change Request”. *We have three terms per year: Spring (Jan-May), Summer (Jun-July), and Fall (Aug-Dec). Please include the term and year, e.g. Spring 2022, Fall 2022, etc.

  • If you are requesting a change during a term-to-term re-enrollment period, the Registrar will be in contact with you after the re-enrollment deadline.
