Requesting an Invoice for the First Time

If this is your first time requesting an invoice for your initial payment, you can do so following these steps:

  1. When making your payment, a sales receipt will be generated.

  2. The same receipt will be sent to the email linked to your Leadsales subscription.

  3. You will have access to a link where you can enter your tax information.

  4. After filling out your details and saving them, your invoice will be sent immediately.

🚨IMPORTANT:

  • Please double-check the accuracy of the information you enter. Once invoices are issued, modifications cannot be made.

  • You have the entire current month from the date of your first payment to request your invoice. Otherwise, the link provided will close on the last day of each month at 10:00 PM (CDT - Mexico City Time).

  • Once the grace period expires, the invoice will be issued to the general public.

Requesting a Recurring Invoice

If you have already received your invoice in the past:

  1. Check the email linked to your Leadsales subscription. Your invoices will be automatically sent to that email after each monthly payment.

  2. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still can't locate it, contact support.

Changes or Modifications to My Invoice

If you need to make any changes to your invoice, please contact our support bubble at least 5 days before your next payment.

Other Considerations

If your fiscal residence is outside Mexico:

  • A fiscal invoice will not be issued.

  • Your sales receipt will be generated with the data you provided within the shared link.

All emails regarding your invoice will be sent from the address: factura@gigstack.pro.

If you encounter any issues or have inquiries, search for the keyword "INVOICE" within our support bubble below or contact us directly.
