Organize and share your events easily! With the "Events" module on your site, add date, location, visuals, and booking link to inform your customers and encourage them to participate, whether the event is held at your place or elsewhere.

How to Create an Event on Your Site

1. Access the "Events" Module

In your Site Editor, go to the Events section and click on Create an Event to start the process.

2. Fill in Essential Information

When creating your event, make sure to complete all important details:

  • Name and Description: Provide a clear title and description for your customers.

  • Date and Time: Specify exactly when the event will take place.

  • Location: If the event is held outside your premises, enter the full address.

  • Booking Link: Add a link to allow your customers to purchase or reserve tickets.

  • Recurring Events: If your event repeats, you can add multiple time slots. Is it a recurring event?

If your event repeats regularly (e.g., weekly, monthly, or on specific dates), add multiple time slots when creating the event.

3. Add a Visual

After saving your event, you can add images to highlight it:

  • Thumbnail: Will illustrate the link to the event page.

  • Main Image: Will serve as the main visual for the event on your site.

4. Publication and Visibility

Once the event is created and saved:

  • It appears on the homepage in the announcements

  • It shows up on the Events page, which is organized into two sections: upcoming events and past events. Keeping your past events is important for your site's SEO.


Event Not Visible?

Check that the entire section is published: the corresponding button must be green for the event to be visible on your site.
