Why Use the Customer List

The customer list allows you to centralize all your customer contact details in one place. It gathers all the information collected during a first contact or a booking made via your site.

This database is automatically enriched over time, providing you with a centralized, reliable, and always up-to-date view of your customers. It facilitates tracking exchanges, personalizing your actions, and analyzing your activity.

How the Customer List is Built

The customer list is built automatically, without any manual action on your part. Each new contact is added as soon as a customer:

  • makes a reservation via your site,

  • contacts you via a form,

  • interacts with your connected tools.

The information collected during these interactions directly feeds the customer record. With each new exchange, the record is updated to maintain a complete and coherent history.

Filter and Segment Your Customer Base

To analyze and effectively utilize your contacts, several filters are available:

  • contact language,

  • consent to receive newsletters,

  • date of first contact,

  • other advanced criteria accessible in the application.

These filters allow you to precisely target a segment of customers according to your operational or marketing needs.

Accessing Contact Details

To view a customer's record, simply click on the corresponding line in the list.
Each customer record contains:

  • name,

  • email address,

  • phone number,

  • preferred language,

  • consent to receive commercial communications,

  • associated tags,

  • history of communications and bookings.

Managing Customer Tags

You can assign up to nine tags per customer to qualify your relationship and anticipate future actions:

  • Friends & Family

  • Business

  • Influencer

  • Local

  • No-show

  • Problematic

  • Regular

  • VIP

Tags help you make more informed decisions, especially when making new bookings.

Communication History

Each customer record includes the history of communications and bookings made via your website.
This provides you with a complete view of past interactions to better personalize future exchanges.

Importing and Exporting the Customer List

Import

Importing contacts allows you to enrich your database with existing customers, for example, from a previous tool or an external file.

You can import your contacts from a dedicated file, ensuring that you adhere to the required format (mandatory fields, column structure). Once the import is launched, the contacts are added to your list and become immediately usable in the application.

This feature is ideal for centralizing your entire customer base when setting up the solution.

Export

Exporting allows you to retrieve all or part of your customer base at any time. You can export all contacts or only a specific segment by applying the available filters beforehand (language, consent, contact date, etc.).

Exporting facilitates:

  • external analysis of your data,

  • report generation,

  • using your contacts in other tools.
