Add Allergens to Your Detailed Menus

Indicating the allergens present in your dishes is essential to ensure the food safety of your customers. CentralApp allows you to integrate this information quickly, whether you are creating a new item or updating an existing dish.

1. Add Allergens to a New Item

When creating an item in your detailed menu:

  1. Enter the main information (name, description, price).

  2. In the Allergens Attributes section, check the boxes corresponding to the allergens present in the dish (e.g., gluten, nuts, milk).

  3. Save the item.

2. Add Allergens to an Existing Item

To complete or correct the allergens of an already created dish:

  1. Open the item via the edit icon on the right.

  2. In the Allergens Attributes section, check the relevant allergens.

  3. Save your changes.

Displaying Allergens on Your Site

Once saved, the allergens are automatically visible as icons on each menu item. A complete legend appears at the bottom of the menu to clearly inform your visitors.
