Publishing Options
When your detailed menu or PDF is ready to be published, CentralApp offers 3 publishing options:
1. Permanently
Select this option to make your menu immediately visible on your site.
2. From a Specific Date
Ideal for planning ahead for menu publication before an event or specific service. Choose Publish from and set the desired date; the menu will be automatically published on the specified date.
3. For a Defined Period
Perfect for seasonal or temporary menus, like a holiday menu.
Select Publish for a given period and enter the start and end dates.
CentralApp will automatically activate and deactivate the menu according to the specified dates, ensuring your customers only see the valid menu at the appropriate time.
Publishing Instructions
1. Detailed Menu
In the right pane of the menu, click on Publication.
Choose the option that suits your needs.
Decide if you want to display prices.
2. PDF Menu
After creating your PDF menu and filling in all the necessary information:
Click on Save.
Select the desired publishing option.
The PDF will be automatically published according to your settings.
Troubleshooting
Is my menu not appearing on the site?
Ensure the Menu feature is activated.
The button should be green.
If not, your menus will not be visible on the site.
