You should be prompted to authorize the camera from within the application, however if you miss the prompt or decline it, you can also give the app permission to user your camera in your device settings.

On iOS, navigate to Settings and Camera then navigate to Centriq.  Ensure that the switch is set to ON. 

On Android this is under the Application Manager.
