How can I correct a or resend property transfer?

Withdraw transfer. Correct a transfer. Resend a property transfer. Sent transfer to wrong person or email.

If you send a property transfer to the wrong person or need to correct the email address, you can withdraw the transfer and resend it.  

To cancel a property transfer:

  1. Select the address at the top of the Home screen to get to the My Properties list.

  2. Select the Manage Properties button.

  3. Select the Address that you transferred (it shows an icon next to it).

  4. Select the Withdraw Transfer button and confirm.

  5. CLOSE AND REOPEN the app.
    Close the app and reopen it to sync the change.

To resend:

  1. Select the address at the top of the Home screen to get to the My Properties list.

  2. Select the Manage Properties button.

  3. Select on the Address that you want to transfer.

  4. Select the Transfer Property button.

  5. Enter the client name and email.

  6. Select Transfer.
