You have received your package but the product does not match the order you have placed. This type of case is extremely rare but the error is human. You can declare this problem in your personal space, by clicking on the small arrow on the right side of your order, the After Sales Service button is displayed.

There are 4 different cases of non-compliance:

  1. The product is not the correct color: You have the option to keep the product and as a commercial gesture for the error we will give you a discount code of 12 euros. Or you can request a change. (Remember that for products in "Correct" status, the color is not guaranteed).

  2. The model of the mobile smartphone is not correct: In this case, we suggest immediate exchange.

  3. The product does not have the correct capacity: in this case, we will also immediately initiate an exchange procedure.

  4. The product is not in the correct aesthetic condition: For these types of requests, we must have the necessary elements that support it. Please send us the photos of the product by email to gomo@certideal.com without forgetting to specify the order reference in the subject of the message.
