Our commitments

For all our smartphones (purchased without a new battery) :

  • We guarantee a minimum of 80% of its capacity, regardless of the aesthetic state chosen.

  • A 3-month warranty on the battery. Beyond this, it is considered that since it is a consumable good, its life will depend on its use.

If you purchased a new battery from us along with your device:

  • A new battery at 100% capacity

  • 12-month warranty on the battery.

Do you want to check the battery status?

  • If you have ordered a model lower than iPhone 8: Go to Settings=> Battery=> battery status: the battery will show a status of 100 or 99%.

  • If you ordered a model equal to or greater than the iPhone X: You have iOS 13 or lower: go to Settings=> Battery=> battery health: the battery will show a status of 100 or 99%.

  • You have iOS 14 and a model greater than or equal to the iPhone X: Unfortunately Apple has disabled the battery status display if it has been changed outside of the Apple Store (which is the case on your phone). Therefore, you will see a message showing "repair" and then a message explaining that the iPhone cannot give battery health because the battery was changed outside of the Apple Store. No problem, you can check battery health in other ways.

There are plenty of software available to check the battery level. We recommend the 3utool software, available on Mac and PC at the following link "http://www.3u.com". iTunes must be installed on your computer beforehand.

Before initiating a return procedure...

Do you feel that your mobile smartphone is downloading too fast? On all iPhones, the battery, regardless of range, typically discharges in less than 8 hours. We have never had a model that exceeded this time with normal daily use.

Have you enabled/disabled all the parameters that can use or optimize the battery?

In fact, when buying a new model, many default configurations use it.

Here are some optimization examples:

  • In Settings, General, Accessibility: "Reduce movement" and activate

  • In Settings, at the bottom, Minimize "background refresh" of your apps (in each app's settings)

  • In Settings, Privacy, Location Service, turn it off or, in the worst case, turn off "When using the application" (in each application) that does not require a location for its use.

  • Settings, battery, activate the "low consumption" mode.

We hope we have solved the problem :) If this is not the case and your battery is still within the warranty period, we will open a return procedure.
