Currently, KetoGo.app accepts payments via:

⚠️ Payment Declined? Here’s What to Check

🔍 For privacy and security reasons, we don’t have access to see the exact reason a payment was declined.

If your payment was declined, try the following quick steps before attempting again:

  1. Check your card details - make sure your card number, expiration date, and CVC are entered correctly.

  2. Confirm your card’s validity - ensure it hasn’t expired.

  3. Verify your balance or limit - make sure sufficient funds are available for the purchase.

  4. Enable online and international transactions - some banks automatically restrict these for security reasons.

If everything looks correct and your payment still doesn’t go through, we recommend:

1. Contacting your bank or card provider - they can confirm the cause and help authorize the transaction.

2. Trying an alternative payment method, such as another card or PayPal.


⏳ Pending Transactions

If you notice a pending charge in your account, it may be a preauthorization hold.
This is a temporary reservation of funds your bank places to verify the transaction.

  • These holds typically expire within 3–7 days, depending on your bank’s policies.

  • Once released, the funds will automatically return to your balance — no action needed on your part.

🕐 Preauthorizations are common for online purchases, they’re a sign your bank was checking for available funds.
