How is usage counted in Free Trial?
Each click on the "Analyze" button in VS Code counts as one page. The Free Trial allows you to generate code up to five times.
Is there a usage limit for Pro?
No, there is no monthly limit on how often you can use the service with the Pro.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept credit card payments only.
Can I change plans while subscribed?
Please follow the instructions below. Please note that the Plan Change will take effect on the day following the expiration of your current plan after the process is completed.

From Free Trial to Pro (Monthly/Annual):
Log in to FRONT-END.AI from VS Code.
Go to "Upgrade Now"
Select a plan and complete the procedure.
Your Pro will become active immediately upon completion of the process.

From Pro (Monthly) to Pro (Annual):
Log in to FRONT-END.AI from VS Code.
Go to "Plan Settings"
Select the desired plan, and complete the procedure.
From Pro (Annual) to Pro (Monthly):
Log in to FRONT-END.AI from VS Code.
Go to "Plan Settings"
Select the desired plan, and complete the procedure.
The plan change will take effect on the day following the expiration of your current annual plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are subscribed to FRONT-END.AI with a monthly or annual plan and wish to cancel, please follow the instructions below.

To complete the cancellation, you must follow the procedure below, by the day before the expiration of the current term.
The cancellation will take effect on the day following the expiration, and you will retain access to the service until that date.
Please note that we do not offer reductions or refunds for fees incurred up to the end of the subscription term.

Open VS Code.
Click the FRONT-END.AI icon in the sidebar.
Select "Manage Subscription".
Click "End Subscription".
Click "Confirm" under "Confirm Cancellation".
