Welcome Receptions must be catered by Chalet View Lodge (see attached menu).

Bar options: Self-serve, or Terrace bar is open and staffed during event. Confirm with couple if they are okay with a tip jar.

Minimum guest count is 30. If guest count is over 120, the Welcome Reception must take place on the pickle ball court or golf course. Additional fee may apply.

Event must end by 9pm if all 51 rooms are not reserved by the wedding group. If resort buyout, there is no curfew. However music may be subject to volume control after 10 pm.

Internal note: all view rooms and one bedroom cabins are required to be occupied by wedding guests the night of the Welcome Reception and will not be released from the group block.
