The brewery regular hours are 4 pm to 8 pm daily. On wedding days, hours are from 12 pm to the Ceremony Start time (previously decided by the couple).

If a couple would like to extend the hours of the brewery prior to its regularly scheduled opening time and/or past it's regularly schedule closing time, a $300/hour fee applies and must be prepaid and collected in Gather at least 30 days prior to the event. Extended hours must be concurrent (e.g. there can not be a gap of time between when the brewery closes and opens later in the day).

Due to County Health Code, we are unable to allow outside food to be prepared or served at the brewery. However, we can accommodate an open tab (18% auto gratuity applies, if necessary a time limit or dollar amount must be determined prior).

If it is anticipated that food will be ordered a banquet order is required if the couple anticipates more than 20 guests.

No outside alcohol or food of any kind is permitted in the brewery, or on the brewery deck.
