Chalet View Lodge Inclusive Wedding Package includes (1) 40' x 80' Clear Vinyl Tent + (2) Forced Air Heaters.
Seasonal Allowance:
Beginning of the Season - May 14: Tent must be located on the All Weather Site
May 15 - September 30: Tent is allowed on the Golf Course Hole #6
October 1 - End of the Season: Tent must be located on the All Weather Site
June through August are ideal for an open air reception. During the months of May and September we highly recommend a tent since temperatures in the evenings drop to the mid-40's or 50's. \
Final determination of the tent site will be based on grass conditions and will be communicated from Operations to the Planner within 30 days of the event date.
Chalet View Lodge reserves the right to make a final determination on the tent location.
No outside tents are allowed.
