On-site meeting prior to your wedding to discuss final details and timeline of events
Creation of the minute-by-minute Wedding Day timeline to include:
A master timeline and access list prepared for all vendors
A full set-up outline and checklist of items prepared for the floral team, décor, rentals and any other miscellaneous items for everyone to follow
Shortened version of the timing of events to everyone in your wedding party, if requested
Final confirmation of all vendors
WEDDING WEEKEND
Our team will assist in the management of your destination wedding from beginning to end
Greeting and management of all vendors
Set up of Chalet View Lodge décor for ceremony, cocktail and reception.
Professional styling of event, vignette movement as necessary to carry theme from cocktail hour to reception
Maintain constant communication with all vendors in order to stay within the agreed upon timeline
Greet guests and assist with seating direction
