At Chalet View Lodge, our top priority is the health and safety of our guests, team members, and local community. 

In consideration of the COVID-19 situation, Chalet View Lodge is focused on providing a safe atmosphere for all of our guests and employees without compromising our elevated standards. To accommodate those whose business necessitates travel at this time, Chalet View Lodge is open.

We are closely observing all information and procedures suggested by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). To ensure maximum effectiveness in our combat against COVID-19, we are taking extreme precautionary measures to ensure protection and have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning practices.

When you arrive to Chalet View Lodge, you may notice a few changes. These adjustments have been made to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests and team.

  • Streamlined check in: Your keycard, room assignment, and welcome information will be provided in a package available at the front desk. Our guest services team is available via text for your convenience.
  • Food & beverage: Text us what you’d like to have delivered to your room, and we’ll leave it outside your door. Wait times on delivery orders may vary, and all products are subject to availability.
  • Limited on-site services: In support of social distancing, our lobby, pool and terrace are temporarily closed to guests. 
  • Social distancing: Help us do our part to keep everyone healthy by keeping at least a 6 foot distance from anyone that isn’t in your traveling party, including other guests and team members. We’ll always greet you with a wave and a smile.
