  • All DIY projects must be approved by the planner at least 10 days prior to the event and are the sole responsibility of the couple. Unfortunately, due to liability insurance restrictions, Chalet View Lodge staff are unable to assist in the setup, execution or cleanup of any DIY project or service.

  • Nothing may be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to the walls, floors or other parts of the buildings or tent without prior consent from Chalet View Lodge.

  • All of the client's décor, supplies, and external vendor's rental equipment must be removed at Client’s sole expense no later than the end of removal time. Any large or specialty items (structures, kegs, helium tanks, electronics, etc.) requiring disposal will incur an excessive clean up fee.

  • If the responsibility to pick up florals after an event does not lie with the contracted florist, it is the Client’s responsibility to remove all floral related items and client-owned décor by the end of the removal time.

  • Due to ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) restrictions, Chalet View Lodge employees are unable to assist with the set-up of a DIY bar; including the unloading and moving of boxes of alcohol. It is the sole responsibility of the couple to store, chill, set-up and break-down their bar at a time designated by the planner. The couple needs to provide all tools (i.e. bottle openers) necessary for the DIY bar.
