Only caterers that are approved by Chalet View Lodge management are permitted for ancillary events (i.e. rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch, etc.). Caterers must be completely self-sufficient and provide all of their own supplies, including but not limited to cookware and kitchenware, chafing dishes, sternos, ice, garbage liners, pop-up tent for shade, etc.

There must be a resort buyout in order to host a private event in any common area (i.e. back terrace, pool deck, gravel lot, golf course, All Weather Site, etc.). Without a resort buyout, private events must be hosted within the boundaries of Villa #1, Villa #2, or in the Event Room.

All kitchen equipment owned by Chalet View Lodge is only to be utilized by Chalet View Lodge or a CVL-Approved Caterer due to liability insurance restrictions.

Blend and Liberty are the only available caterers for Wedding Receptions.

​

Petite Street, Dusty Bottle, or an In-House Bar Service are the only available bar service provider for Wedding Receptions.
