By now, you’ve completed the Launch Funnel and received your login credentials from our team. Once you’re logged into your Chalk It Pro+ account, you’ll go through a few setup steps to tailor the platform to your gym’s needs.
We’ve built great templates and resources to help you succeed — but every gym is unique, and we want you involved in branding and customizing your content!

🔑 Let’s Get You Signed In
Follow these simple steps to log in to your Chalk It Pro+ account:
🌐 Go to plus.chalkitpro.com
✉️ Enter your email username
🔒 Enter your password (you can change this at any time)
Select Your Phone Number Options
Lets do this step first, because if you choose Option 2, it could take some time to complete. So the sooner, the better.
Below are two ways to get a phone number through your Chalk It Pro+ system.
💡 Why Get a Number Through Us?
Using a Chalk It Pro+ phone number allows for scalability and shared communication.
Unlike a personal cell or landline, your Chalk It Pro+ number can:
Support multiple users making and receiving calls simultaneously
Allow you to delegate communication as your team grows
Eliminate the need for multiple phones or personal numbers
It’s a streamlined, professional solution built for growing gyms.
☑️ Option 1 — Get a New Number
You may not be married to your old number or don't have one currently. If you don’t take any action right now, we’ll automatically assign you a new number within the Chalk It Pro+ system.
This lets you start calling and texting prospects right away.
🔄 Option 2 — Request a Number Port
If you’d like to move your existing number into Chalk It Pro+, you can do that too!
Click the button below to fill out the Number Port Request Form.
Our team will help guide the process.
Porting typically takes about 2 weeks to complete.
Don’t worry — we’ll give you a temporary number in the meantime so you can start using Chalk It Pro+ immediately.
Add All Team Members
In this step, you’ll add all staff members who will help manage your Chalk It Pro+ system.

Go to Settings → My Staff
Click + Add User
Enter each team member’s details
⏰ Don’t Forget!
Be sure to set each individual’s time zone when adding them.
This ensures accurate scheduling, communication, and automation.

Sign in to Google and Facebook/Instagram
✅ Use the same email that you use for your Google Business Profile
➡️Facebook/Instagram
✅Every Facebook Business Profile is associated with a personal account. Sign in to your personal account to select your business.
✅Make sure Instagram is connected properly through Facebook in order to connect Instagram to Chalk It Pro+ through Facebook. You can reach out to Facebook if you're having trouble connecting the two accounts through Facebook.
Update Business Information
You can find your business details in Settings → Business Profile.
Follow these steps to make sure your gym information is accurate and branded correctly:
Business Profile Fields
Logo
Upload your gym logo. This will appear on branded emails and workflows.
Friendly & Legal Business Name
Friendly (DBA): The name members recognize — e.g. Awesomeness Fitness
Legal Business Name: Your official registered name — e.g. AwesomeFit, LLC
Email
Enter the email address where you’d like to receive notifications from Chalk It Pro+.
Phone
Add your business phone number. (You can update this later depending on your phone setup preferences.)
Branded Domain
➡️ Skip this field for now.
Business Website
Enter your main website URL.
Business Physical Address
Add your gym’s address.
You can also update your Time Zone and Language here.
Authorized Representative
This should be you — the gym owner or authorized account manager.
Business Information
Enter your legal business information here.
General
➡️ Skip these options.
Contact Deduplication Preferences
➡️ Skip these options.
Voicemail Settings
Once you’ve completed all fields, continue to update your voicemail settings.
Calendar Set-up

Integrate a Subdomain for Funnels
What this is for
When you run promotions like Black Friday deals or Back to School specials, you can use custom subdomains for your funnels — giving leads a branded, professional URL to submit their info. Much cleaner than a Google Form!
How to set it up
Go to Domains & URL Redirects
Click + Connect a Domain
Choose what you want to connect to (e.g. Funnel, Website, Store, Blog, or Webinar)
Enter your subdomain in this format:
go.yourdomain.comAuthorize your domain when prompted
If asked to set a default funnel, you can skip this step.
Select your Google Review Link
Note: This option is only available after you’ve connected your Google Business Page.
To integrate a direct link to your Google review page (so members and drop-ins can leave reviews easily), follow these steps:
Go to Reputation
Click Settings
Select Review Link
Choose Get Reviews on Google
Select the Google Account you’ve connected
Once completed, you can capture the unique link to use in SMS messages or emails.
💡 When customers click this link, they’ll be taken directly to your Google Business page to leave a review — no extra steps needed!

How to Get Support

Join our Chalk It Pro User Facebook Group — a space for gym owners and coaches to collaborate, share ideas, and get help with operational questions.
