The Chanced Xmas Wheel is a special holiday campaign running daily until December 26th. Each day, eligible players get a chance to spin the wheel and unlock a surprise reward!

Below is a full guide on how the Xmas Wheel works, when you can access it, and what to do if you run into any issues.


🎁 What Is the Xmas Wheel?

The Xmas Wheel is a limited-time holiday promotion where players can spin the wheel once per day to receive a random reward.
The results of your Xmas Wheel spin, including your bonus code will be sent directly to the email


🕒 When Is the Wheel Available?

  • The wheel refreshes daily at 10 AM PT.

  • You can spin it once per day, every day until December 26th.

  • After spinning, you will receive a confirmation email.


📩 Where Do I Find My Bonus Code?

After you spin the wheel, your bonus code will:

  1. Be sent directly to the email registered to your Chanced account

  2. Arrive instantly for most users (check Promotions/Spam if you don’t see it)

Please note:
Some users may experience up to a 24-hour delay before the email arrives or before the code becomes redeemable.


🔗 Can’t See the Xmas Wheel?

If the wheel doesn’t appear when you log in, try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Refresh the page or log out and back in

If you still don’t see the Xmas Wheel after 10 AM PT, please contact Support and we’ll assist you directly.


❌ Why Am I Seeing “Gameplay Limit Exceeded”?

This means you’ve already used your daily spin.
You can spin again the next day at 10 AM PT when the wheel resets.


⚠️ Why Does My Code Say “Not Qualified”?

If your code shows “Not Qualified”, don’t worry, this usually means your eligibility is still syncing.
It may take up to 24 hours after your spin for your bonus to become fully redeemable.

If the code still doesn’t work after 24 hours, contact Support and our team will look into it for you.


📬 Didn’t Receive Your Bonus Code Email?

If your spin was successful but you don’t see the email:

  • Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders

  • Give it up to 24 hours to arrive

  • Make sure your email address on file is correct
