Payment Rejected By The Fraud Department

Unfortunately, sometimes payment processors can be finnicky. Here are some steps you can take to prevent this from happening again:

Wait Period: Allow several minutes, hours, or even a full day before attempting another purchase. This can give the system time to process previous transactions and prevent potential issues. Waiting periods also help reduce the chances of triggering anti-fraud mechanisms that may block multiple successive attempts.

VPN/Proxies: Disconnect from any VPN or proxies that you may be using. These can sometimes interfere with the payment process and lead to rejections. Additionally, enabling your device's location services can verify your jurisdiction, reducing the likelihood of transaction issues.

Bundle Package: Consider trying a smaller bundle package. Occasionally, smaller transactions are processed more smoothly and are less likely to encounter rejection. Smaller transactions are less likely to be flagged by payment processors' safeguards, which often associate high-value purchases with potential risk.

Jurisdiction: Ensure that you are from a permitted jurisdiction. Some payment systems use location-based restrictions to comply with regional regulations, so double-check your location settings and ensure they are accurate.

Card Type: Avoid using a Discover card. Opt for widely accepted cards such as VISA or Mastercard to reduce the likelihood of rejection.

Multiple Cards: Avoid using multiple cards in quick succession as it may trigger our payment processors anti fraud system. Sticking to one card and allowing intervals between attempts can help in avoiding anti-fraud mechanisms.

Please note that rejections are sometimes initiated by our payment processor, Paysafe, and not directly by us. We strive to provide a smooth and seamless purchasing experience, and these steps are intended to help minimize any potential disruptions. If issues persist, we recommend contacting your card issuer for further clarification or exploring alternative payment methods.
