At Chanced, we prioritize the safety, security, and integrity of our systems and customer payment data. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and are committed to addressing them effectively. However, we have observed that a small minority of customers may attempt fraudulent chargebacks as a quick solution. Before proceeding with a chargeback request, we want to inform you of the serious consequences associated with fraudulent chargebacks.

If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to escalate the case to your local law enforcement agency, potentially resulting in criminal proceedings against you. We conduct thorough investigations into all chargeback claims and individuals involved. Due to our confidence in our systems and security measures, we will dispute 100% of all chargebacks issued against Chanced. We will provide comprehensive evidence to both our payment processors and your card issuer. If necessary, we will involve law enforcement agencies, as submitting a fraudulent chargeback is considered a criminal offense.

Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks can have severe repercussions, including:

Negative changes to your credit rating.

Inability to apply for mortgages.

Inability to apply for loans.

Inability to apply for credit cards.

Inability to open bank accounts.

Potential closure of existing bank accounts.

In the event of a chargeback, we will take immediate action to protect the security of our payment systems, including suspending or permanently closing the customer account associated with the chargeback. This action will prevent the chargeback issuer from accessing their account and any subsequent accounts detected by our fraud detection systems as being associated with the same or similar activity.

We take fraudulent activities seriously and are committed to maintaining a secure environment for all our customers.
