I have a question about a charge to my account.

If you have a question about a charge to your account, you can login to your account to see your donation history and make adjustments to a donation if needed.

Login to your account: go.changemaker.app

If you have a parent account, click the blue "My donation" button and scroll down to the "Donation History" section.

If you are a donor, on your dashboard, scroll down to the "Donation History" section.

In the "Donation History" section, you can see every donation you have made since signing up.

If you would like to make any adjustments to your donation, you can edit, pause, or cancel your donation in the "Settings" section just above the "Donation History" section.

If you select the "edit" button, you can adjust your minimum and maximum, change your amount, or switch to a different type of donation.

If you select the "pause" button, you will pause your account until you wish to reactivate your donation again.

If you select the "cancel" button, you will cancel your donation. *Please note* There is no way to restart the donation. Cancelling is a permanent action.
