Sign in with the account associated with your ChangePilot trial or subscription to see the data and features available to you.
Sign in to ChangePilot
Open ChangePilot.
Select Sign in and complete the sign-in method offered for your account.
After sign-in, check the account name and organisation shown in the header. Your email domain identifies your organisation. Normally you join automatically; organisations requiring administrator approval must approve you first.
Open the account menu and choose Profile and API keys. API key management itself is on the separate API page in the main navigation.
The Profile page shows your email, account, ChangePilot licence and tenant connection. Check these before reporting that a feature or feed is missing.
Check a locked feature
Bookmarks are available on every plan, including Free. Saved Views, Watch, labels and email alerts need Plus or a trial. A paid-feature message explains the capability and offers the six-week trial. To start the trial, ask us in the ChangePilot chat or contact the team. If you already have access, confirm that you used the correct account and organisation, then use the in-app help to ask the team to check your licence.
The beta still uses some existing membership labels. The licence shown in Profile is a better starting point for an access enquiry than a product name from an older marketing page.
If sign-in does not finish
Check that you are on the intended ChangePilot site and that the sign-in window has completed.
Allow the sign-in page to return you to ChangePilot.
If the app says your account details could not be loaded, use Try again where offered.
Contact support if access still fails, giving the site address and the error text.
Saved Views, bookmarks and personal labels are now stored with your account and remain after signing out. Earlier browser-only beta data is not guaranteed to have migrated. Email choices are managed under Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre. Old report-page preview switches are not real subscriptions.
Trial or subscription questions
The trial is six weeks of Plus, started on request through the ChangePilot chat. Check your Profile for the licence and remaining-access message associated with your account. Contact the ChangePilot team if it differs from what you expect. Plus is purchased by PO and invoice on an annual contract. Use the Free/trial/subscription guide for current plan-change behaviour, and contact support about your organisation's dates.
If your personal email is blocked
New sign-ups require a work email domain so ChangePilot can identify your organisation. Consumer addresses such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail and iCloud are blocked. Use your work address. If you have no company domain, or need help with an existing account, email help@changepilot.cloud.
