Join your organisation
There is no invitation flow in the launch experience. Sign in with your work email address. Your email domain identifies the ChangePilot organisation you can join.
Normally you join automatically. If your organisation requires administrator approval, request or wait for that approval instead; signing in does not bypass it. If you cannot join or the organisation is unexpected, contact support with your work address and the organisation shown.
Each person uses one organisation in this SaaS launch experience. Microsoft tenant consent is a separate administrator action: joining does not connect Microsoft 365 or grant consent.
Why a personal email is blocked
New ChangePilot accounts use your organisation's email domain to establish membership. Consumer domains such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail and iCloud are blocked for new sign-ups.
Use your work address. If your organisation has no company email domain, or you need help with an existing account, contact help@changepilot.cloud. Do not assume that registering another personal address will bypass the restriction.
What colleagues share
Members of the same organisation use its connected-tenant access where available. Plus includes one connected tenant. Personal saved Views and review choices belong to each member's account.
Org Labels are shared: eligible members can see, apply and edit them. A Label is not an access-control boundary and should not be used to isolate client data.
Invitations and role management
Inviting or removing members, organisation role management and creating Views for another member are deferred beyond launch. Contact support for account-specific access enquiries. This guide does not offer working invitation or member-removal steps.
Removing an account, ending a subscription and disconnecting a tenant have different scopes. Ask the team before assuming one deletes another person's setup.
