An organisation is the boundary for your ChangePilot subscription, team and connected tenant. In the SaaS launch experience, your email domain identifies one organisation for your account. If that organisation requires approval, you must complete it before joining.
Plus and connected tenants
Plus includes one Microsoft 365 tenant per organisation and unlimited users. Tenant connection does not create private subgroups within the organisation. Bookmarks, saved Views and other personal review records still belong to their respective accounts, subject to access.
Check the organisation
Check the account email and organisation shown after sign-in. If either is unexpected, contact support. A copied item or filtered-feed URL does not grant its recipient tenant access.
Roadmap and Azure Updates remain global sources. Message Center results depend on the authorised standard or tenant feed and active filters. A connection error is not a reason to reconnect another tenant without checking the cause.
Future multi-tenant work
A SaaS switcher or combined view for multiple tenants is deferred to the future Business experience. Business tenant allowances and commercial terms are not settled in this guide. Do not assume that Plus offers a second tenant, a tenant combiner or an organisation switcher.
API and MCP
API and MCP requests use the signed-in member's access. Check the account and supported tools before using an integration. A Label or shared link cannot expand its permissions.
