Free and Plus are the launch plans. Business follows later. Enterprise (ChangePilot On-Tenant) is a separate product deployed in your organisation's Microsoft environment.
Free and Plus
Free: standard Message Center browsing and search, Microsoft 365 Roadmap and Azure browsing, rollout dates, change history and bookmarks. The curated monthly Bulletin is part of the intended Free experience; see the delivery limitation below.
Plus: one connected Microsoft 365 tenant, unlimited users, saved Views, personal and organisation Labels, Watch, email alerts, Change Call videos, CSV export, API keys and hosted MCP. These features are also available during an activated Plus trial.
Business: a future plan for broader requirements, including multiple tenants. Its final price and tenant allowance are not launch commitments.
Enterprise (ChangePilot On-Tenant): contact the team about deployment in your own Microsoft environment.
Free does not include saved Views, Watch, Labels, saved-View or watch-list email alerts, CSV export, API keys or hosted MCP. Bookmarks and Message Center search are included in Free. Invitations, member removal and organisation role management are not included in Plus at launch.
Plus pricing and purchase
Plus costs US$800 per month per organisation on an annual contract, with a total 12-month commitment of US$9,600. Purchase is by purchase order and invoice. Contact us to request a quote.
Pricing is per organisation, not per user. The monthly figure is the equivalent price within an annual commitment. Ask the team for the invoice schedule and payment terms in your quote.
Six-week Plus trial
New organisations start on Free. Sign-up does not start a trial automatically. A Plus trial lasts six weeks (42 days) and is requested separately through the ChangePilot chat or the support team. Agree the start date with the team and check the dates shown for your organisation.
You can explore standard data before connecting a tenant. Signing in does not grant Microsoft tenant consent. Upgrade the same organisation to retain its setup.
Monthly Bulletin and future reports
Monthly Top 5, the monthly Bulletin and the earlier Monthly: Most Important Changes refer to the same curated monthly publication. The team writes and sends it through HubSpot. It is separate from the alerts generated by saved Views and your watch list.
The intended experience includes new Free and paid members by default, while preserving existing opt-outs. New-sign-up audience setup is still being verified, so an enabled setting alone does not confirm that your address will receive the next edition. Contact support if you expected the Bulletin and did not receive it.
Use Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre to check ChangePilot alerts and the Monthly Top 5 switch beneath it. Turning off ChangePilot alerts stops the Bulletin and your View and watch-list alerts. You can turn off Monthly Top 5 alone and keep your other alerts.
The wider Expert Change Insights / Change Intelligence Report catalogue, its in-app previews, tenant-specific report sections and private podcasts are deferred beyond launch. They are not included Plus launch benefits.
When paid access ends
When a trial or paid period ends without an upgrade, the organisation returns to Free and Plus features stop. Stored Views, Labels and watches are retained behind paid access; paid alerts pause. Re-upgrading the same organisation restores eligible access. Tenant collection also pauses when its paid entitlement ends; retained tenant data can be out of date until collection resumes.
There is no confirmed retention period in this guide. Ask support about your organisation's data and the current terms. A plan change can take a few minutes to apply; use the actual dates and notices shown for your account.
Cancelling a subscription, disconnecting a tenant and removing an account are different actions. Contact support before assuming one performs another.
