If an item is missing or a feed is empty, first check the source and query. Many apparent gaps are caused by a curated view, a saved filter, a different tenant context or an item being on another page.

Work through these checks

  1. Confirm that you are signed in with the expected account.

  2. Choose the correct source: Message Center, Microsoft 365 Roadmap or Azure Updates.

  3. Return to that source's All Items view. Clear product, impact, date and search filters that may exclude the item.

  4. Search using its source identifier or a distinctive part of its title. A Message Center ID and a Roadmap ID are different identifiers.

  5. Check pagination and the result count. Changing page size can make review easier.

  6. Open Settings and check whether Message Center uses standard data or a connected tenant.

  7. Check the last data refresh and any error banner before refreshing the page once.

Compare like with like

The standard feed does not contain every tenant-targeted message. Roadmap and Azure Updates are global, so their items do not necessarily appear in your tenant's Message Center. Microsoft can also change an item's status, date or title so it falls outside a previously matching query.

If your tenant has just connected, the first import is not immediate. Check connection status and the last refresh before contacting support. Do not repeat consent merely because data has not appeared yet.

When the screen shows older results

If ChangePilot says it could not refresh the list and is showing the last results, treat those results as the last successful load. Check your connection and retry. Do not assume the visible list proves the latest Microsoft data has been imported.

What to send support

Include the source, item ID, page URL, filters or View name, expected result, approximate time and any visible error. State whether the tenant is newly connected. A screenshot of the relevant controls can help, but remove personal or tenant details that are unnecessary to the problem.

Current saved Views, bookmarks and personal labels are account-backed. Check load errors and the account before recreating them. Older browser-only beta records are not guaranteed to have migrated. Old report preview preferences were not delivery subscriptions; current email choices belong in Settings and Notifications.
